Eaton S.K. O'Neill is an associate in the Corporate and Tax Departments of Cades Schutte. He joined the firm in 2009. Mr. O'Neill obtained his B.A., cum laude, in Psychology with a Minor in Physics from New York University in 2006 and received his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, New York, in 2009. In 2007, Mr. O'Neill served as a Judicial Intern to The Honorable Barry M. Kurren of the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii. Mr. O'Neill also served as an Articles Editor of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal, and published Recent Development, Paparazzi/Blogger Face-Off: Opportunity Knocking for a Fair Use Limit?, 26 CARDOZO ARTS & ENT. L.J. 535 (2008). Mr. O'Neill is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all Hawaii courts and the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.
