Michael C. Schwartz is an associate in the Litigation Department. He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation. He joined the firm in 2009. Mr. Schwartz received his B.A. with dual majors in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1995 and received an L.L.B. and a B.C.L from McGill University, Montreal in 2001. Mr. Schwartz is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association, the New York State Bar, and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all Hawaii and New York courts, the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii and for the Southern District of New York.
