Ms. Reyes-Burke is an associate practicing in the area of litigation. She joined the firm in 2005.

Ms. Reyes-Burke received her B.S. in Nursing from the Philippine Women's University, Manila, Philippines, in 1991, and was salutatorian of her class. She earned her law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii, summa cum laude, in 2004. As a law student, she received the Carl K. Mirikitani Scholarship Award for outstanding academic achievement, the Bendet Fidell Sakai & Lee Award (for achieving the highest grade in Corporations), and CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Corporations, Second Year Seminar, Pacific Islands Legal Studies, Transnational Litigation, and Immigration Law. She was also active in moot court, winning the First Place-Oralist award and serving as the team captain of the law school's 2004 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court team, whose memorials (briefs) won First Place in the 2004 Philip C. Jessup International Law Pacific Regional Moot Court Competition held at Boalt Hall, UC-Berkeley, California.

Ms. Reyes-Burke is licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii and is fluent in Tagalog (Filipino).
