Mr. Takumi is a partner practicing in the area of finance and real estate. His practice includes commercial real estate leasing, the purchase and sale of real estate, real estate development (including retail properties, shopping centers, office buildings and residential subdivision projects), real estate financing and equipment leasing. Mr Takumi served as a law clerk to the Honorable Senior United States District Court Judge Martin Pence from 1974 to 1975.
